Chairperson Slee called the public hearing for Planned Unit Development zoning to order.
Present: Slee, Kyler, Blair, Baker, Slucter, Hall, Martinez
Absent: None
Also present: Jim Foulds & Vern Fountain

Foulds reported that the purpose of this zoning is to provide a range of mixed land uses on the same description.

There was not public present.

Clerk Towsley asked if we would be removing Section 8.3 Pg. 134. Foulds will check on and let her know.

Public hearing closed at 7:13 PM.

Slee convened the regular planning commission meeting at 7:13 PM.

No public comments.

Slucter moved and Hall seconded that the minutes of the September Meeting be approved as printed. Carried unanimously.

Blair gave report on activities of the Board of Trustees.

Slucter moved and Baker seconded to send on [to] the Township Board the Planned Unit Development [zoning ordinance] for adoption. Carried unanimously.

Reviewed plat for Wendy's [restaurant] in Westland Park.

Reviewed proposed Landscaping zoning.

Reviewed the priority list for planning commission.

With no further business Hall moved and Baker second to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:27 PM.
