Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Dick Slee.

Minutes of previous meeting were approved as amended.

No public comments.

Heard report on Board of Trustees and Board of Appeals.

No report on legislation of Planning Act [HB 4571].

PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT:

Jim Foulds reviewed the revised ordinance. Several changes were made. Will continue to work on at next meeting.

SITE PLAN REVIEW:

Change 9.4 [title] to Pre-Application.

Hall moved and Kyler seconded to send signs [ordinance], site plan review [ordinance] and clerical changes to Township Board for approval. Carried unanimously.

CELL TOWER PUBLIC NOTICES:

It was noted that the public notices are to be sent to [property owners within] the separation distance (2 miles) and this would be very expensive and time consuming. This needs to be changed.

Slucter moved and Kyler seconded to set a public hearing for Wednesday, June 13, 2001 at 7:00 PM to change this to 600 ft of property lines. Carried ananimously.

With no further business Hall moved and Slucter second to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:44 PM.
