Meeting was called to order by Vice Chairperson Inge Kyler.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Heard report from Blair on Board of Trustees.

Heard report from Hall on workshop given by Eaton County on Planning.

Heard report from Kyler on septic systems meeting she attended.

Heard report from Kyler on Farmland Trust meeting she attended.

SIGN INVENTORIES:

Kyler talked with Delhi Charter Township and their sign inventory was done by the Journalism class at Holt High School. They took pictures and put them in notebook form for reference in the future. Do the work in pencil as it changes. She will continue to look for more information.

JOHN VERLINDE SITE PLAN REVIEW:

Mary Verlinde presented the revised site plan showing the gas tank, detention pond and the driveway off Lansing Road.

Baker moved and Hall seconded to approve the final site plan for John Verlinde on Lansing Road. Carried unanimously.

CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILROAD:

Hall moved and Martinez seconded to remove the Canadian National Railroad rezoning from the table. Carried unanimously.

Blair shared letter from CN asking that their request be withdrawn for rezoning. Blair moved and Hall seconded to accept the letter and withdraw their rezoning request. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Martinez moved and Baker second to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:03 PM.
