Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Dick Slee.

Also present: Jim Foulds, Vern Fountain, Art St. Clair

The Site Plan Review ordinance was reviewed with changes. It will become Article 9 and then the others will be renumbered. The application also was reviewed with several minor changes.

The Signs section is ready with the retyping of Schedule D. It will replace sections 6.2.5 & 6.2.4 plus a couple other areas.

The Bed & Breakfast was reviewed. It needs more work so will not be included in the next public hearing.

Martinez moved and Blair seconded to set the public hearing for the zoning ordinances changes for Site Plan Review and Signs for Wednesday, December 20, 2000 at 7:00 P.M. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Martinez moved and Hall second to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:56 PM.
