January 21, 2010
Vice President Linda Conklin called the meeting to order at 7:00PM
Present –Watson, Conklin, Freeman, Borucki and Librarian Slee
Excused – Febba and Snyder
September minutes read silently. Freeman moved and Borucki seconded that the minutes be approved. Passed 4-0.
Financial reports for September, October, November and December were presented – Watson moved and Borucki seconded the motion to approve pending audit. Passed 4-0.

Librarian Slee reported 7 cash donations. Donations were received from Linda and Floyd Conklin, Sam and Liz Febba, Nancy and Jack Hoover, Steve and Stephanie Freeman, Chuck and Pam Warner, Evelyn Kreischer and Lorane DeYoung

Stephanie Freeman presented her Librarian Job Description
and Duties based on State of

Business – none
Librarian Slee had a request to amend the budget. To transfer $125 from Miscellaneous to audit and to transfer $20 from miscellaneous to Use Tax. Borucki made the motion and Freeman seconded. Passed 4-0
A motion was made by Watson and seconded by Borucki to renew the township lease for 5 years. Passed 4-0.
Since 2010 is an even year, according to our bylaws, review of policies needs to take place, as assigned to given months by the President. In the absence of President Febba the assignment of policies was tabled until March.
Borucki moved and Freeman seconded the motion to adjourn. Passed 4-0 and meeting adjourned at 7:20PM.
