Library Board Minutes
July 17, 2009
President Sam Febba called the meeting to order at 7:00PM
Present –Watson, Snyder, Conklin, Febba, Freeman, Borucki and Librarian Slee
Absent – none
May minutes read silently. Borucki moved and Conklin seconded that the minutes be approved. Passed 6-0.
Financial reports for May and June were presented – Snyder moved and Freeman seconded the motion to approve pending audit. Passed 6-0.

111 children are signed up for the summer reading program. 7 have finished. We received the township appropriation check for $39,000. We also received the second State aid check for $2219.42 – one half will go to Woodlands Co-op.

bylaws were reviewed by all trustees and no changes are suggested.
The audit report is available to anyone who would like to review it.
Conkilin moved and Borucki seconded the motion to adjourn. Passed 6-0 and meeting adjourned at 7:20PM.
