Library Board Minutes
September 18, 2008
President Linda Conklin called the meeting to order at 7:00PM
Present –Watson, Snyder, Perry, Conklin, Febba, House and Librarian Slee
Absent - none
July minutes read silently. Febba moved and House seconded that the minutes be approved. Passed 6-0
Financial reports for July and August were presented – Febba moved and Snyder seconded the motion to approve pending audit. Passed 6-0

Librarian Slee reported that 89 children signed up for the summer reading program, which is one more than last year. Only 7 of them came in each week.
Penal Fine money was received - $47977.10

The budget for 2009 was presented. House made the motion to approve and Perry seconded the motion. Passed 6-0
A Resolution was presented to Patricia House for her 24 years of service on the Library Board. Also she was presented with a gift certificate. Jackie Perry was thanked for her 4 years of service.
Linda Towsley extended a thank you on behalf of the Township to Pat House and Jackie Perry for their years on the Library Board.
House moved and Perry seconded the motion to adjourn. Passed 6-0 and meeting adjourned at 7:15PM.
