President Linda Conklin called the meeting to order at 7:00PM
Present –Watson, Snyder, Perry, Conklin, Febba and Librarian Slee
Absent - House
No Public Comment.
September minutes read silently, one typo correction – Librarian’s report first line – the word “that” should have been used instead of “ the”. Perry moved and Snyder seconded that the minutes be approved as corrected. Passed 5-0
Financial reports for January, February, March and April were presented – Febba moved and Snyder seconded the motion to approve pending audit. Passed 5-0

Librarian Slee reported that $703 was reimbursed to us from monies left over due to the Co-op closing.
State aid report was received in the amount of $2282.56 and one half of that was sent to Woodland.

Febba moved and Watson seconded the motion to adjourn. Passed 5-0 and meeting adjourned at 7:10PM.
