July 19, 2007

Vice President Pat House called the meeting to order at 7:02PM.

Present –Febba, Watson, Snyder, House, Perry and Librarian Slee

Excused – Conklin

No Public Comment.

May minutes read silently, no additions or corrections. Febba moved and Snyder seconded that the minutes be approved. Passed 5-0

Financial reports for May and June presented – Febba moved and Watson seconded the motion to approve pending audit. Passed 5-0

Librarian Slee reported  that we received a donation of $50.00 to the library.

Policies policy – Discussion of policies previously presented. The best of each , per the discussion, will be compiled by Watson and emailed to all board members for review and then voted on at the September meeting.

Snyder moved and Perry seconded the motion to adjourn. Passed 5-0 and meeting adjourned at 7:35PM
