Watson read the Resolution of Suspension. Offered by Snyder and Supported by Perry. Roll call for the vote. 5 Ayes and 0 Nays. 1 Absent.

Resolution adopted 5-0.

Watson read the Resolution to Apply for Membership. Offered by Perry and Supported by Febba. Brief discussion of costs involved with this application for membership.

Resolution adopted 5-0.
